Appointments & cancellations
We recommend booking in advance. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee. No-shows may be charged for the reserved service.
Late arrival
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule to avoid delaying other guests. We'll do our best to accommodate you when possible.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. A card may be required to hold your appointment. Gratuity is optional and always appreciated.
Health & safety
If you have nail or skin infections, open wounds, or allergies, please let us know before your service. We may need to reschedule or adjust your treatment for your safety and ours. Our tools and surfaces are sanitized between each client.
Service satisfaction
We want you to love your nails. If something isn't right within 7 days of your visit, contact us and we'll do our best to correct it. Adjustments are offered at our discretion for the original service only.
Guests & children
To keep the studio calm and safe, we ask that only clients receiving a service sit in the service area. Children must be supervised by an adult and are welcome only if they have an appointment.
